It closed escrow the end of July for 500K.

Coldwell Banker Realty listed 4350 N Sunset Cliff Drive for sale for 415K and it went under contract quickly but it had its sales agreement fall-through and yet went right back under contract again. and finally sold for $412,500.  Five years ago this 2,074 square foot home sold for just under 295K. The Tucson real estate market remains red hot! This proves entry level with the smallest homes in Sabino Mountain will probably cost Buyers over 400K. It is about time!
