Sabino Mountain has seen 11 homes sold this year: 7 priced in the 400Ks; 1 at 710K; 1 at 917K, 1 at $1,031,000; and the highest one at $1,106,700. There are 6 homes under contract with one priced at $389,900 and 3 in the 400Ks and one at $649,960 and one at 765K. Interestingly enough 3 were on Boulder Canyon Place with the same semi-custom Outpost Builders floorplan with the large great room with the kitchen, great room and dining areas right off the entryway and the prices varied from List Price of just under 650K – 765K. Goes to show if you renovate well you might get your money back!
