Interestingly enough 3 were on Boulder Canyon Place with the same semi-custom Outpost Builders floorplan with the large great room with the kitchen, great room and dining areas right off the entryway and the prices varied from List Price of just under 650K – 765K. The market is hot because inventory is low and interest rates are at the all time low.
