21 Homes sold in Sabino Mt in 2021; the sales prices ranged from $407,500 to $1,590,000. The least expensive home sold had almost 2,100 square feet and the most expensive home had just over 4,500 square feet. Our most expensive 2021 home sale was located on the corner of N Sabino Mt Drive and N Ocotillo Canyon and is a gorgeous Mediterranean home with views to die for.

Exquisitely sited on the ridge-top this beauty boasts panoramic Santa Catalina Mountain and Tucson city light views. This custom home has 3,750 square feet and is located near the end of Quail Canyon Drive on the right.

Amazingly enough 4429 N Ocotillo Canyon Drive sold the day it went in the multiple listing service. On Dec. 3rd it closed escrow at 475K which is 15K above the List Price. This small home by Sabino Mountain standards (1,730 square feet) sold ever so quickly because the day when one can purchase a home for less than a half million in Sabino Mountain will soon be gone. This Pepper-Viner built home  boasts a gated front courtyard with brick pavers.  The location is the first home on the right if one goes down the hill on N. Ocotillo Canyon Drive. United Real Estate Specialists has listed it. The original sales price when it was built 19 years ago was $282,985.
