It did not take long to sell it but it has been unusual for Sabino Mountain homes to sell for 10% less than the asking price. The real estate market is not as hot as it was a year ago but it is still much better than it has been for a long time for luxury homes that used to take many months to sell with not so much appreciation. Bottom line: the real estate market is still very good for luxury homes in Sabino Mountain.
