It only took a week to put 4075 N Black Rock Drive under contract with a List Price of 900K! This was listed by Coldwell Banker Realty and has been listed several times in the past few years by different realtors, but this time apparently was the charm.

Coldwell Banker Residential sold 4374 N Sunset Cliff Drive, an almost 3K square foot two-story home with 3 car garage for 408K; it sold in just about 2 month’s time! It has the popular floorplan with the large first floor Master Bedroom. This home last sold in June of 2016 when the market was slower for 335K.

4506 N Saddle View Drive is a 2,708 two-story home with 3 car garage that sold for 420K by Keller Williams of Southern Arizona. It has a contemporary flair and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
4247 N Sabino Mountain Drive, a ridge-top Contemporary with over 4,300 square feet sold for $1,106,700. This is the highest final sales price in Sabino Mountain in over a year; Long Realty was the listing company. That two ridge-top homes have sold so quickly is a good indication that 2020 is the year many have been waiting for, especially for those with luxury homes.

Nineteen homes sold in our community last year that were priced from 295K – 875K. The bulk of the sales were in the price range 295K-400K with 11 sales in that price range.In contrast, 2018 only had 10 home sales.
2020 is looking good, too, with 3 homes already under contract list priced at 425K, 917K and $1,195,000. It should be noted that two of the home sales are priced higher than all of the homes that sold last year!
