Sabino Mountain Home Under Contract

My listing at 4128 N Sunset Cliff Place (list price $459,000) is under contract. This two-story, almost 3K square foot Monterey-built home, is very upgraded and has a custom, heated pebble-tech pool with waterfalls, in-ground cleaning system and whirlpool jets. This home has a large first floor master suite. The final sales price will be posted after close of escrow.

Please note many of these list prices are “wishful thinking” list prices. Many of the Sellers will have to become reasonable in their list prices in order to sell. When determining the list price, it is all about the houses that have recently sold, and not about what is listed for sale, since many that are listed for sale are listed too high to obtain buyers.

Sabino Mountain Home Open this Sunday, January 10th

A Custom Contemporary Home in Sabino Mountain is Under Contract

It is no surprise to me that 4155 N Boulder Canyon with a list price of $985,000 is now under contract. This exquisite contemporary is over 3,600 square feet and was designed by architect, Greg Simmons. Goes to show, even in a tough to sell price-range, if you price your home to sell, it will sell. I can not wait to welcome my new neighbors, since I live 2 doors down.

Sabino Mountain Home in “The Retreat” Taken off the Market

7605 E Crested Saguaro Place ($1,695,000) was taken off the market. Now there are 10 Sabino Mountain homes listed from sale from $319,900 - $1,195,000.
Last year 10 were sold with final prices from $323,500 - $1,250,000.
