Another Boulder Canyon Home Under Contract

4134 N Boulder Canyon Place went under contract today; List Price is 624K. This one is listed by Keller-Williams of Southern Arizona; my listing at 4104 N Boulder Canyon-List Price 575K-is due to close tomorrow. This makes two Outpost Builders built homes with the large great room floorplan (approximately 3,300 square feet) to go under contract in about a month’s time. Shows the market is improving! Both homes sit next to each other–the one that went under contract today has a pool and spa that the other one does not have; hence the likely reason for the higher List Price.

Black Rock Beauty Reduced

Two Sabino Mountain homes went under contract today. Besides my listing at
4104 N Boulder Canyon going under contract today with a List Price of 575K,
4281 N Sunset Cliff Place, (Listed by Realty Execs) with a List Price of 269K followed. It is hard to find a 10 year old, one-story home, in a gated Foothills community at this price. Both of these homes sold in less than a month! The real estate market has definitely improved!
