This is the highest final sales price in Sabino Mountain in over a year; Long Realty was the listing company. That two ridge-top homes have sold so quickly is a good indication that 2020 is the year many have been waiting for, especially for those with luxury homes.

Nineteen homes sold in our community last year that were priced from 295K – 875K. The bulk of the sales were in the price range 295K-400K with 11 sales in that price range.In contrast, 2018 only had 10 home sales.
