Final sales prices are from305K – 810K. The 810K is the former home of Steve and Sue Sheldon who own the popular landscaping company. There is one foreclosure and is located on Little Rock and closed for $349,900.

Things are looking up for custom home sales in Sabino Mountain. After 4 years without a sale over 1 million, it looks like one is coming up—4187 N Sabino Mt Drive–is under contract at a List Price of $1,395,000 (listed by Tierra Antiqua Realty). Just a few weeks ago Steve and Susan Sheldon’s former home on Sabino Mountain Drive sold for 810K (and it was just around 3K square feet, but had great ridge-top views and masonry construction). The other house under contract is on my street- 4225 N Boulder Canyon—(listed by Long Realty), this 3,700 square foot home has recently been renovated and has a great kitchen–List Price 825K.

The community sale prices start at 325K (there are 4 for sale from 325K -374K with two for sale on Little Rock, which is a very tiny street, and they are next door to each other) and the highest priced home was Bob Raynor’s former estate in “The Retreat”-priced at $1,690,000.
