Little Rock Foreclosure Back in Contract

4493 N Little Rock is under contract. At a list price of $249,900, this over 2,200 square foot home with 3 car garage, is quite a bargain. The family room showed quite darkly– I think that is why it took so long to sell. Also the lender kept putting it on and off the market and I think it was under contract once before, as well. So let’s hope the contract sticks this time….can not believe another house in Sabino Mountain sells in the low 200s; last year another house sold pretty low (early 200s) that was located on Sunset Cliff.
