A Home is Offered for Sale that is a Flip at Sabino Mountain

4048 N Sunset Cliff Place just came on the market at a list price of $299,900. It just closed escrow a few days ago as a foreclosure with a final sales price of $228,900. It mentions that it now has fresh paint and new carpet. This house is 2,400 square feet and has a pool and spa and three car garage. It is a two-story home with the master bedroom upstairs; the floorplan is unusual for Sabino Mountain and may be the only home in our community with that floorplan.
