Sabino Mountain Foreclosure Sells for 273K

Hard to believe that 4182 N Sunset Cliff Drive that has almost 3K square feet with the lower level master suite and spool sold for only 273K! Although it was a foreclosure, it did not look like it needed so much work that it would sell for 273K. This is a tremendous bargain for the buyers! Click on the address to see the listing and photos below it. There is only one foreclosure for sale in Sabino Mountain and it is a Pepper-Viner built one-story home with 3 car garage that is priced below 300K. With this low comparable, my guess is that one will sell around 225K. To check that one out give me a call at 520-918-2410.
