Some Smart Future Sellers at Sabino Mountain

Lately, some smart Sabino Mountain sellers have taken their homes off the market. This is a wise decision for all of those custom home sellers, because most of the Sabino Mountain custom homes that are on the market now are over-priced and as a result, these listings just weigh down the market. Real estate is always greatly influenced by “suppy and demand”. Better to take them off the market and wait for a better time to sell.
On the other-hand there is no supply of non-custom homes at Sabino Mountain. Just a few foreclosures, and lots of folks do not want to buy a fixer-upper.
