These stats reveal many sales in the first quarter. It should be noted that most were aggressively priced, and the houses under contract may reveal much lesser final sales prices. The market has improved as far as the number of Foothills homes that have sold and Sabino Mountain is a very attractive option for many buyers.

Another Closing at Sabino Mountain

4473 N Little Rock Drive closed on March 31st with a final sales price of $289,900. This house saw mulitiple price reductions and when the Seller finally got the list price right, it sold immediately. The same old story: price it right and it does not stay on the market! This home is perhaps the smallest in Sabino Mt and is just over 1,500 square feet. It really was in perfect and sparkling condition; the Seller took special pride in this house. Congratulations to the new buyer who got another great deal!
