Two Homes in Sabino Mountain are Under Contract

4029 N Sunset Cliff Place, a two-story Monterey Home that is almost 3K square feet and has a first floor master bedroom and great city views is now under contract. List price is $439,000. I heard from the grape-vine that his buyer got an excellent deal from a very motivated Seller.
4048 N Sunset Cliff Place, a two-story home that is about 2,400 square feet and has a pool and spa ,went under contract as well. The list price is $361,500 for this foreclosed home. The lender offered 3.5% closing costs to the buyer and the final sales price, of course, is unknown, until close of escrow. This home has a lovely setting, but needed some work.
I will post the final sales prices after the closing.
