Another Price Reduction for a Ridge-top Sabino Mountain Home

4081 N Quail Canyon is now priced at $1,145,000 and is down from its beginning list price over a year ago of $1,349,000. It originally sold at the peak of the market in mid-2005 for 875K. It is my person opinion that it is unlikely this home will have any takers until it reduces further.
