Recent Homes for Sale in Sabino Mountain

There was a fall-through of a sale on 4326 N Sunset Cliff Drive that is back on the market and listed for 335K. This Monerey one-story home is 2,074 square feet. It is typical that one out of 12 homes fall-through.
Another ridge-top home came on the market at 4388 N Sabino Mountain Drive priced at $1,395,000. This 4,735 square foot home sold in 2005 for $920,000. This home only has a two-car garage which eliminates many buyers who are looking for a three- car garage. Typically we do not see such a dramatic price increase since the peak of the market in 2005.
