This house sold for $430,000 in August of 2007 and that buyer added such upgrades as bamboo floors, new stainless stove and some other new touches. There is no doubt about it that prices have come down in the non-custom homes at Sabino Mountain. The custom homes have held their value much better than the smaller homes, due to the greater competition of homes for sale in this price-range.
