It sold less than 2 years ago (in August 2007) for 430K. 4357 N Sabino Mountain Drive that is list -priced at $1,075,000 also went under contract after only being on the market 2 1/2 weeks. The builder constructed this home for the first buyer and when that owner resold it, the builder bought it back from the people he built it for since he liked Sabino Mountain and it was a great way to show his most popular floorplan to other potential buyers. Tim, the owner of TRS, has a great reputation and that he chose to live amongst us is a compliment to our community.
