Sabino Mountain Foreclosure is Now For Sale by New Purchaser

Bob Raynor, who built many Outpost homes in Sabino Mountain, purchased 4338 N Ocotillo Canyon for $262,500 at foreclosure auction held late last year. Yesterday it went on the market for $418,000. The listing for this two-story, 2,708 square foot Pepper-Viner built home mentions it has “fabuous fresh custom paint and is spotless”.
