« Community Pool and Spa Closed for Winter; District 16 Starts Open Enrollment | New listing 4128 N Sunset Cliff Place »
Sabino Mountain Weekly Trash Pick-Up
Since Sabino Mountain trash pick-up has changed from twice a week to once a week, we have found our trash cans fill up too quickly. We called Saguaro and they dropped off an additional trash can and are charging us $5.00 more a month. Saguaro Environmental’s phone number is 745-8820.
The Sabino Mountain HOA has obviously been trying to reduce costs by eliminating one trash pick-up and closing the pool and spa down for Winter.
I believe they are aiming to keep the HOA fee to $100 per month which is paid as $300 per quarter.
