I just spoke to the listing agent of the beautiful house listed for sale on 4348 N Ocotillo Canyon which is priced at $435,000. She said this house is getting about 5 showings a week. This is on par with the number of showings that house would have gotten a year ago. Although the market has slowed down, Sabino Mountain still remains very popular.
