Recent Sabino Mt Sales and Reminder about my Open House

The Long Foothills office sold 4182 N Quail Canyon Drive for full price at $1,449,000; there were two offers and so the Buyers paid full price. This beautiful Sundown Builders’ own home is a rare gem! Also a custom home on N. Ocotillo Canyon that is approximately 2,500+ square feet that is a Tierra Antiqua real estate agents’ own home went under contract in less than 2 weeks time; it was listed at 675K. It is a model-perfect Santa Fe style home decorated beautifully in Western decor with a majestic yard that is great for entertaining with big pool and ramada and great views. In general, these custom and semi-custom homes around 2,500 square feet are rare in Sabino Mountain so they are easier to sell then the non-custom homes and larger custom homes.
Don’t forget to visit my Sabino Mountain Open House tomorrow from 1-4 at 4134 N Boulder Canyon Place.
