Some Good Deals are to be had in Sabino Mountain
There is a home on top of the ridge on Sabino Mountain Drive that just had a fall through; it is back on the market and is a beautiful home priced at less than 1 million. There is also a home that is priced around 400K that has over 2500 square feet, a three car garage and a small pool along with a long list of upgrades. These deals would have been unheard of a year ago.
