Just after closing it has been relisted again by the same brokerage for $375K. I called the brokerage after getting an inquiry from a buyer about the house to find out if in fact it did close escrow today, and if it is now relisted. A Win 3 Realty staff member confirmed it. I have never seen this before in my 25 years of selling real estate. It is a great value at a list price of $375,000 so I am sure it will not be on the market long. It is a one-story, 2,074 square foot home built by Monterey; it has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Corian counters and a fireplace. So I will be watching this one closely and keep you informed.
