A Monterey Resale Sabino Mountain Home has gone under Contract
4342 N Sunset Cliff Drive (List Price $379,000), 1 story at 2,074 square feet with such upgrades as Corian counters and fireplace, has gone under contract after being on the market 65 days. This house is the exception to the rule where many of the non-custom homes in Sabino Mountain stay on the market for months with no offers. This goes to show, price it right from the beginning, and it sells within a few months. Although Tucson MLS reveals that most homes sell within a few months, this is misleading because the astute agent always relists the house every few months and then the count starts ticking again.
