This house is the exception to the rule where many of the non-custom homes in Sabino Mountain stay on the market for months with no offers. This goes to show, price it right from the beginning, and it sells within a few months. Although Tucson MLS reveals that most homes sell within a few months, this is misleading because the astute agent always relists the house every few months and then the count starts ticking again.
