The Long Real Deal
From now until September 15, 2007 Long is offering a special to all purchasers who buy a Long listing and utilize Long Mortgage. They will buy down the interest rate by 1 full percent for the entire first year! What a great incentive to help sell Long listings by attracting more buyers! I am so glad I work for the top office in all of Southern Arizona - Long Foothills office. As I have mentioned before, we sell so many of our own listings; in fact, the last three houses I have sold were with agents right within my Foothills office. In this market, it is important to have the edge against the competitors!
