Recent Real Estate Happenings in Sabino Mountain

The house at 4458 N Sabino Mountain Drive shows quite beautifully now that it has been professionally staged. It has been on the market for quite some time, but now that it shows so well, I predict it will not take long to sell this one.The mountain views are very dramatic. The list price on this ridge-top home is $1,099,000. On another note, the only home with an RV garage has recently sold after being in the market for a very long time; it is located at 4225 N Boulder Canyon Place and sold for $995,000. Both homes have been marketed by Long Realty.

Hello World! My Sabino Mountain Blog! About Real Estate in the Community in which I live!

I have decided to start a blog for Sabino Mountain with most of the focus on real estate. Sabino Mountain is where I live and wake up each morning to its awesome beauty. Since I have made Sabino Mountain my home, I know it has played no small part in making me want to live in Tucson for the rest of my life. The pristine Sonoran desert, the majestic mountains that surround it, and the city lights that twinkle at night contribute to its magnetic attraction like few other places on earth! I hope you will come and explore the wonder!
