We have had 15 home sales so far this year! The lowest one was priced at 295K; then there were 8 homes that sold in the 300Ks; 4 homes in the 400Ks; 1 in the 600Ks and 1 in the 800Ks. Last year during the same time period there were only 7 homes sold. Interest rates are low plus Sabino Mountain is a magnet for empty nesters; these are the two main reasons for the increase in sales is my view.
